Thank you for shopping at The SnuggleGo! We value our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don’t want. We understand the challenges of shopping online and strive to provide top-notch service so you always feel confident ordering from us. Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee.
30-Day Return Policy
The SnuggleGo™ will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards or sale items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
We do not accept returns for exchanged items. You can opt for either a return or an exchange, but not both.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email support@thesnugglego.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- If returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Shipping protection fees (if purchased) are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact support@thesnugglego.com.
Delivered but Not Received
If the logistics information shows that the order has been marked as delivered, but the customer claims they have not received it, we cannot provide a refund or resend the item.
Not Delivered and Not Received
If the logistics information does not show the order as delivered, and the customer has not received it, we can either:
- Issue a full refund,
- Or resend the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team at support@thesnugglego.com.
If you do not report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
You will be responsible for providing evidence of your claim within the 48-hour time frame by submitting image-based evidence.
The SnuggleGo™ assumes no responsibility for damaged items. We offer shipping insurance to facilitate prompt replacement or exchange of damaged products. However, the decision to provide a replacement is entirely at the discretion of The SnuggleGo™.
You are obligated to return the damaged product to The SnuggleGo™ if you opt for an exchange. Failure to return the damaged product within the specified time frame of 14 days will result in charges equivalent to the full cost of the replacement item and shipping costs associated.
Fraudulent Chargeback Returns & Stolen Goods
Customers who initiate a fraudulent chargeback on a delivered item will be held liable for all delivery costs, as well as any fees incurred due to the chargeback, including bank and administrative fees. Initiating a chargeback on delivered goods will be treated as an act of theft.
Customers are required to arrange their own return service for the item(s). All goods must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date the chargeback is initiated. Failure to return the goods within this timeframe will result in escalation to local law enforcement. If the goods are not returned within 30 calendar days, we will initiate legal proceedings to recover our property.
